The Andarius Legacy, Book 3

Tracking down an ancient cipher, Zoey MacFerran is torn between learning of her family’s past and the need to find the hidden Vandar Stones. As intriguing as she finds the past, locating the Stones is imperative now that The Alliance wants them, too, and at any cost. The Alliance has murdered so many of her family and wants to kill her next, not only for revenge but because she is all that stands between them and the Vandar Stones’ power.

She must find the Stones before The Alliance does. The Stones are power…power that Zoey wants to harness to save the dying planet. The Alliance's dangerous motives are much less noble.

As the stakes rise, the hunt gets more and more difficult. Racing across continents, Zoey believes nothing is more important than saving the world—but The Alliance makes it personal.

And he’s found a way to alter history to accommodate his personal, terrifying agenda.

No longer satisfied with killing Zoey and her family in the present, he plans to go far, far into the past and cut off her family tree at the roots. He wants to eradicate the entire MacFerran line. With them gone, he can acquire the power of their Vandar Stones for his own use.

Zoey must stop him…but how?

She travels back in time for the help of some of the world’s greatest minds—from Archimedes to the Oracle of Delphi……but she isn’t sure it will be enough. Slip Skin

“Don’t let the boo hag ride ya…”

In the South Carolina Lowcountry, parents whisper this warning born of night terrors to their children instead of “sweet dreams”…and for good reason. A boo hag, or slip skin, comes in the dark of night to straddle the chest of unsuspecting dreamers as it feeds on their life force, offering in trade a festering evil that, if left unchallenged, spreads. Fast.

It is angry……

Although superstitious to the core, Cameron Frost has never given much credence to the supernatural. Strange communications from his dead brother coupled with a late-night visit from a boo hag, however, provide more than enough proof.

It is hungry……

Throughout history, major battles and world wars have sprung from the underlying malignancy of the boo hag. Freed from an almost century long confinement, it wants to feed—its desire for not only sustenance but for power is fierce.

It is coming……

Battling a tremendous wave of violence, the authorities are unaware of the boo hag, and Cam can’t tell them—if he did, they’d lock him away in a padded cell. A little like David facing Goliath, Cam feels like he has been handed an eyedropper to put out the raging flames of an ancient evil. With much more than personal safety at stake, he grabs all the luck he has on hand—a heads-up penny and a red-headed best friend—and races to find a way to stop the boo hag before it uses the far-reaching influence of the United States government as a stepping stone to create a global living Hell.

Crux Island

Matthew Brenner won an online gaming tournament! Now he gets to reap the rewards—an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Crux Island to participate in the live grand finale. Both Matthew and his wife think it is too good to be true, but the tickets arrive, transportation is waiting for them at the airport, and a boat takes them to a tropical paradise. They are in heaven…

…until Matthew wakes up, without his wife, in a locked room along with six other human pawns.

The “live” grand finale doesn’t mean televised—it means Matthew is forced into a terrifying real-world game controlled by a psychopath. He has no choice but to play—and play hard—in order to win.

Winning is everything.

Winning is life or death.

As Matthew traverses a hellish labyrinth of boxed corners and hidden obstacles designed by a Game Master who, like a cat, enjoys toying with his catch, his solitary goal is survival---by any means. He can forget any rules he ever learned about playing fair or good sportsmanship. If he plays by those rules, he loses. There are no timeouts. Nothing is out of bounds. Taking one for the team is a death sentence. Everyone is fighting to finish last because this is an elimination tournament---with the emphasis on elimination.

At the end only one can win…and losing brings on unbearable repercussions.

Matthew has two things more precious to him than his own life. He can’t…won’t……lose them.
